Super Bowl LIII saw incredible defense from both teams. However, the Rams couldn’t hold up against Brady’s already famous drive and record-breaking win.
Rob Gronkowski was Brady’s go-to man on several occasions, even landing a pass which set up Sony Michel’s touchdown – the only touchdown the entire game. In fact, Super Bowl LIII was the lowest scoring game in Super Bowl history, ending by a score of 13-3 in favor of the New England Patriots.
No game in the history of the Super Bowl had entered the 4th quarter without a touchdown. In a game that many fans were getting bored of, Brady finally heated things up in the 4th, pushing his way into the red zone, with Michel capping off the drive with his 6th rushing touchdown of the postseason. The drive consisted of only four passes.
